2. Back up your phone if you can (iCloud or a computer)
3. Ship it — bubble wrap it, padded envelope or small box, mail to:

4. Include a note with your name, return address, email, and what's wrong
5. Payment — when the repair's done, I'll email you a PayPal invoice. Once paid, your phone ships back.
